As we are expanding the US Commercial team, we are looking for a U.S. Commercial Insights and Analytics Lead, to join our team and report to the Head of Commercial Operations, North America.

The Commercial Insights and Analytics Lead will be instrumental in shaping launch readiness and long-term commercial success by integrating analytics, market research, competitive intelligence, and forecasting into a cohesive, decision-driving capability.

Location

At Pharvaris we promote and enable a flexible hybrid work environment, where our employees choose from where (and to some extent when) they prefer to work. While this is a remote/hybrid role, you need to be in the U.S. (East coast preferably).

This individual will partner closely with Commercial Leadership, Marketing, Market Access, Sales, and Finance to ensure that data is translated into clear, actionable insights that drive performance and differentiation

Key Responsibilities

Insights and Decision Support
  • Serve as the point of truth for commercial insights across the organization
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership
  • Develop and maintain KPIs and performance tracking frameworks
Advanced Analytics
  • Design and implement analytics frameworks across patient, HCP, payer, and channel data
  • Leverage claims, specialty pharmacy, and other real-world data to generate insights
  • Identify opportunities to apply predictive analytics and segmentation to optimize strategy
Market Research
  • Lead primary and secondary market research to inform:
    • Brand strategy
    • Patient journey understanding
    • HCP behavior and segmentation
  • Manage external research vendors and ensure high-quality, actionable outputs
  • Integrate research findings with analytics to create a holistic view of the market
Competitive Intelligence
  • Build and maintain a robust competitive intelligence capability
  • Monitor competitor strategies, messaging, clinical developments, and launch activities
  • Synthesize competitive insights into clear implications for Pharvaris strategy
  • Support executive-level updates and strategic planning exercises
Forecasting and Performance Planning
  • Lead development of patient-based and revenue forecasts (short- and long-term)
  • Partner with Finance and Commercial teams on scenario planning and sensitivity analyses
  • Continuously refine forecasts based on market dynamics and real-world performance
Requirements   
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical / biotech commercial analytics, insights, or forecasting; rare disease experience would be a plus.
  • Proven experience supporting product launches in the U.S. market
  • Deep expertise in claims data, patient analytics, and commercial data ecosystems
  • Experience integrating analytics, market research, and forecasting into a unified function
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional influencing skills
  • Proven track record of building operational processes from scratch in a fast-paced, startup or small-company environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.

Pharvaris is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $155,000-$200,000 per year. Actual compensation will depend on various factors, including but not limited to depth of experience, skill set, overall performance, and education. Pharvaris believes in providing a competitive compensation and benefits package. Base salary is just one component of our competitive total rewards strategy.
