Pharvaris is a late-stage biopharmaceutical company developing novel, oral bradykinin B2 receptor antagonists to potentially address all types of bradykinin-mediated angioedema. By targeting this clinically proven therapeutic target with novel, oral small molecules, the Pharvaris team is advancing new alternatives to injected therapies for the prevention and treatment of hereditary angioedema (HAE) attacks, and other bradykinin B2-receptor-mediated indications. HAE is a rare and potentially life-threatening genetic disease and people living with HAE can suffer sudden and prolonged attacks of swelling in multiple areas of the body, including the airway, which can be life-threatening.

We are expanding our U.S. Commercial team and are looking for a US Commercial Data, Systems and Digital Experience Lead, to join our team and report to our Head of Commercial Operations.

Location
At Pharvaris we promote and enable a flexible hybrid work environment, where our employees choose from where (and to some extent when) they prefer to work. Whilst this is a remote/hybrid role, you need to be in the US.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and implement the launch planning by initiating, developing and communicating (internal/external) a process, system, and data roadmap in support of future product launch and commercialization.  Including maintaining and updating the roadmap over time.
  • Support strategic positioning by shaping and driving growth, innovation and differentiation across the US commercial organization, while maintaining alignment with other functions both in the US and Europe. 
  • Overseeing how data is consistently connected and captured across functions within the company in a timely consistent manner to deliver value to HCP’s, patients, payors, and employees.
  • Implement and develop capability development and strategy to drive business value across key commercial capabilities including, but not limited to, operations, market access, product launch, patient services, digital engagement, HCP services, marketing, sales and analytics. Acting as a trusted advisor to these areas of the company, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels to guide and co-create new capabilities to support the establishment of the commercial business.
  • Leading and supporting IT integration, this role will collaborate strongly with our IT operations and architecture team to deliver a digital and user-friendly experience in support of the commercial team.
  • The ability to execute and support on the day-to-day Commercial data and application operations while also delivering projects and enhancements to current systems. This may include coordinating several external vendors and performing vendor management activities.
  • Building digital capabilities in scope of this role, but not limited to; data warehousing, data acquisition and integration (internal/external), Master Data Management (HCP, Patient Products, Payor/Plan), Field force automation (sales, MSL etc.), Data change request processes, Campaign automation, Data visualization and analytics (dashboards), Learning management, Consent management and data privacy, Non-personal promotion.
Requirements   
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience working in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience of successfully leading an IT/applications function
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience with implementation and building a CRM/SFA.
  • Proven track record of building operational processes from scratch in a fast-paced, startup or small-company environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence laterally and vertically; ability to influence without authority, motivate teams, and maintain high levels of respect for and from peers
  • Experience with specialty pharmacy distribution and patient-level data
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.

Pharvaris is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $200,000-$235,000 per year. Actual compensation will depend on various factors, including but not limited to depth of experience, skill set, overall performance, and education. Pharvaris believes in providing a competitive compensation and benefits package. Base salary is just one component of our competitive total rewards strategy.
